[Rga_calib] RGA Runs to calibrate

Dear all,

The runs 5424 and 6715 located uner 
/work/clas12/rg-a/trains/calibration/v17/ are ready for calibrations.

The goal is to start the calibrations of this run for FTOF and DC as 
soon as possible once these two systems are completed we will recook for 
the calibrations of remaining systems.

We should work as efficiently as possible the goal is to start pass0/and 
reprocessing of these two run on Friday 8/23. Priority is given to the 
run 5424, RGA Fall out-bending as we will need to process sufficient 
statistics for the DNP.
