[Rga_calib] Outbending calibration - important calibration tasks

Dear all,

runs: 5525, 5603, 5566 from RGA outbending are complete and are  located:

/volatile/clas12/rg-a/production/pass0/v1_1.1.16/calib/train/

They are ready for calibration for the following systems:

FTOF all calibrations including timing calibrations

CTOF, CND, HTCC, FT, DC, EC/PCAL, RICH (All calibration except timing)

We will track the status of these calibrations at our daily meetings. It 
is important that we organize our effort and optimize our resources.
