[Rga_calib] RGA-Spring 2018 first part reference run

Run 3355 is cooked with the latest FTOF calibration:
/volatile/clas12/rg-a/production/pass0/Spring18/v1_1.1.70/calib/train/

It is ready for the calibration of all the other subsystems. Please proceeed with the calibration of your system as soon as possible.
