I have sent the following list to Raffaella and she and I will work to make better sense of things
so that time is not wasted.

I attach my findings from my review of the outbending RG-A fall 2018 timelines. For the FTOF calibrations,
I have highlighted the runs to cook/filter in red in my list.

FTOF - I should start with the FTOF calibration work that needs to be done in the following order
1) Recalibrate p1a energy for low luminosity run 5443 (cook/filter run 5443)
2) Recalibrate p1a energy for low luminosity runs 5564-5566 (cook/filter run 5566)
3) Recalibrate p2 energy for runs 5435-5476 (cook/filter run 5438)
4) Recalibrate p2 energy for runs 5485-5538 (cook/filter run 5525)
- Note this run will also allow recalibration of p1a S4 timing shift for runs 5507-5538
5) Recalibrate p1b timing for runs 5590-5673 (S4b shift) (cook/filter run 5603)
- Note this run will also allow recalibration of p1b S2 timing shift for runs 5649-5673; this is a bit
tricky as the range does not match the S4b timing shift)

RF - After these updates, fix RF calibration for runs 5540-5673.

CTOF:
1) When run 5424 cooking is done, recalibrate
2) Recalibrate run 5479 now with new suite (with TDC jitter correction)
3) Recalibrate run 5540 after RF calibration is redone.

Anyway, this is what I have for now. Lots of finicky details it seems for the outbending runs that
do not allow us to deal with just a few reference runs and move on. I sense that we will have a
few more outbending pass-0’s in front of us to get this all ironed out.

Note that the monitoring timelines also suffer from far too many failed fits when there is no
reason for them to fail. I am not sure if this is just a fit initialization issue or something else.

Regards,
Daniel

On Mar 20, 2020, at 6:33 AM, Latifa Elouadrhiri <latifa@jlab.org<mailto:latifa@jlab.org>> wrote:

Dear Dan,

As you saw Andrey has produced the full time line for RGA fall 2018 - Once you have the list of runs that need FTOF calibrations of the outbending please send it us this way Nick can start the data processing at the same time if you could make list also of the earlier inbending runs that needs calibration that would be great.

https://clas12mon.jlab.org/rga/pass0/v2.2.5/tlsummary/

Best regards,

Latifa

***************************************************************************
*
* Dr. Daniel S.
