[Rgc] Regular meeting of CLAS12 Run Group C

We likely will need different raster sizes, beam currents and perhaps even different targets for these 2 situations, and we need to begin designing the dimensions of the polarized target with this information in mind. I am asking anyone already involved in simulations (for RG C or also for the “First Experiment” simulation challenge) to join the meeting!

P.S.: Please keep in mind that the U.S. changes to Winter Time only on the COMING weekend. So right now we are 5 (not six) hours behind Middle-European Time.
