[Rgc] Next regular meeting of Rungroup C

Since nobody expressed interest in HAVING (let alone LEADING) tomorrow’s RG C meeting, I am cancelling it. However, I kept the wiki link so you can add items of interest to the agenda for us to read “offline”. I added one more item myself - a new study on the CLAS12 tracking efficiency under various conditions.
