[Rgc] Next meeting of Run Group C

Dear spokespersons, polarized physics enthusiasts and other interested parties,

I know it’s hard to get excited about attending a meeting for a run group (C) that is still 2 years in the future, when RG-A part 2 is just around the corner. However, 2 years is not a lot of time for such a complex installation, and we need to make some critical decisions pretty soon! Therefore, I am asking you to make an effort to attend (in person or via Bluejeans) the next regular Run Group C meeting

I posted the agenda at https://clasweb.jlab.org/wiki/index.php/RGC-August_9 and the RG wiki is, as always, at https://clasweb.jlab.org/wiki/index.php/Run_Group_C . Please post pictures, links and presentations to the agenda. 

We need to discuss simulation (plans and results) in earnest, and we will have to distribute tasks for the ERR which we need to organize NOW in order to be ready in December (our planned date). See https://userweb.jlab.org/~kuhn/BONuS12/Documents/ERR/AgendaERRbonus12_PR.pdf
for an example of the kinds of topics we need to address during the ERR. In the case of RG-C, it will definitely be split in 2 (or more) parts, so we will have to discuss what an optimized run plan for the first part will look like. Please come to have your voice on this matter heard!
