[Rgc] Fwd: RG-C ERR

FYI: We have scheduled the first RG C ERR (which will focus on the target) for Thursday, June 21, 2018, after consultation with Chris Keith, Patrizia Rossi and Rolf Ent. We will discuss specific “to do” items at our next RG C meeting, but for now the most important work we can do is simulate backgrounds, efficiencies etc. for realistic running conditions (raster size, target length, Moeller configurations). The review will NOT focus on RG C physics, but on the technical aspects of the target and the beam line. We will have to have a second ERR later on that looks at all aspects of the RG.
