[Rgc] Fwd: [Cuga] Call for Beam Time Request - a message from R. Ent for the NPES Committee

It’s getting serious! We haven’t heard back yet from the ERR committee, but assuming (hoping) they won’t have any significant remaining complaints, now we have to focus on filling out all of these forms.

Jefferson Lab is actually about 2 weeks late with this call - hence they extended the deadline by 16 days to make up for that. However, unfortunately that doesn’t help me in particular since I will be traveling after August 1. I will try to work on this over the next week, but I will ask you to help - any volunteers ? This call for beam time requests will be our main discussion item next week Thursday, when we have once again our regular polarized target meeting cum RGC meeting.

The good news is that once we’re done with this, there hopefully won’t be any super-urgent tasks in our immediate future - we can go back to calmly but purposefully work towards being ready in 2021.
