Sebastian,
I suggest to swap the second item with the last one, move software to the end. This would be more logical. Beamline is a part of the experiment configuration. Also when you talk about experiment configuration include your trigger requirements. This would impact amount of data collected and computing resources needed for the analysis. Beam time request has a question about total expected data size. I think for the software part you reserved too much time. You don’t need to go in too much details but it is important to give realistic estimate of the data size, computing resources needed, what will use on-site computing resources and what will use off-site resources. Radiation dose assessment is not done yet. Just spoke today with Lorenzo who is working on it. He has one piece of information missing: Moeller shield configuration. We’ll have meeting Thursday afternoon with him and others concerning background estimates for nuclear targets.

Dear Eugene et al.,
we have set up a very preliminary agenda for next week’s RGC ERR dryrun:
https://clasweb.jlab.org/wiki/index.php/RGC_ERR_DRYRUN
Please provide us with any feedback you might have. We will update this wiki page as we get closer to the date.
Greetings - Sebastian
P.S.: Should we try to get coffee brought to the room for the break? If so, could you organize that? Thanks!

Hi Sebastian,
As you know Volker set up a pre-review committee to make sure we sail through the ERR smoothly.
I suppose this will happen Thursday next week (May 30). Let’s plan to start at 9 am and finish it by noon.
Could you set up an agenda for next week and distribute relevant links to all involved. All committee members are in CC:
Thanks,
-Eugene
