[Rgc] Next RGC meeting - ERR DRYRUN!

Dear all,

as announced earlier, our next regularly scheduled RGC/pol.targ. meeting this coming Thursday, May 30, will be superseded by a dry run for the RGC ERR as requested by Volker Burkert. As a reminder, the preliminary agenda is posted at

In particular, you can find existing dry run slides at the bottom, as well as our proposed run plan. 

TO ALL (potential)  SPEAKERS
- Please post your slides and link to the appropriate place on this page
- Angela and Silvia: PLEASE confirm who will give what presentation on the experimental readiness of pDVCS and nDVCS
- Harut and Tony: Please try to converge on a single SIDIS presentation (and let me know the speaker)
- Chris/James/James: Are you still planning to have 3 talks or can we combine them in 1-2 talks (at least for the dry run?) Either way is fine by me!
- Victoria: Do you have a summary ready for the raster status?
- Angela/Tony: Do you have a presentation ready for the Moller shield? Who will give it? 

Also: What is the status of all documentation that we will need: COO, ERG, ESAD, RSAD, SOM, OSPs…?
