Dear all,

our regular meetings resume this Thursday, September 5, at the usual time (9:30 a.m.) and place (F326-7 CC or bluejeans 7576835804). The Agenda is up at
https://clasweb.jlab.org/wiki/index.php/RGC-September5

Among the items we need to discuss is the following request I received from Dan Carman:
> Sebastian,
>
> Last year we made changes to how groups sign up for CLAS Collaboration service work.
> These changes included providing pre-defined service tasks to collaborators from which
> to choose. Each collaborator is expected to provide 0.25 FTE toward service work under
> the rules of our Collaboration.
>
> Soon it will be time for the list of pre-defined service tasks to be made available to the
> Collaboration for the service work sign-up period. I have been asked by Raffaella and
> Silvia to contact you with regard to POLTARG service tasks. From last year’s list we had
> included the following items:
>
> 1) POLTARG R&D - 0.2 FTE
>
> Please let me know by the end of this week if you have other calibration/hardware tasks
> that you want added to this list or if you want the FTE factors adjusted. Also, if you
> already have folks committed to specific tasks from this list for 2020, let me know so we
> can make the assignments before opening the list up to the Collaboration.
>
> Let me know if you have any questions.
>
> Regards,
> Daniel

I am asking all of you for your help in identifying RG-C related service tasks for Calendar Year 2020 (INCLUDING those that we already are planning to take care of ourselves), as well as any commitments you or your group is willing to make towards those tasks.

See you on Thursday - Sebastian
