[Rgc] RGC jeopardy proposal

Dear members of RGC,

attached you can find the (close to) final version of the jeopardy document for our run group. The document is due June 22, but we would like to submit it earlier if possible. At this point, I am asking each of you to let us know IMMEDIATELY if you would like to be added to the author list. (The document has already been approved by an AHC and will be endorsed by the CLAS collaboration as a whole; however, it may be more impressive to the PAC if we have an explicit list of authors who have contributed or will contribute to RGC.)

Please send me your full name and affiliation as you would like them to appear (LaTeX if possible), as well as any other persons from your institution who you expect to work on RGC in the future.
