[Rgc] Next (and last for this year) RGC meeting

Dear RG-C members,

given that our experiment is coming closer, we decided to meet one more time this year - tomorrow, Tuesday 12/21. We will meet at the usual time (8:15 a.m. EST) but instead of Bluejeans, we are not using ZOOMgov. See details at
