Dear members of RGC,

our next scheduled meeting is this Thursday, May 13, at 8:30 a.m. EDT (14:30 Paris time).
I have set up a preliminary agenda - everyone is encouraged to update and add items to it:
https://clasweb.jlab.org/wiki/index.php/RGC-May13

We will have to make progress on defining the exact target dimensions for both parts of the run (FTon and ELMO configuration). For this, an update on realistic Physics simulation with either configuration will be very important. We also need to look more carefully into other components of the nose cone - auxiliary targets and other materials.

Finally, I would like to start a discussion on the best meeting time going forward (for the rest of this year). Thursdays are actually sub-optimal for several reasons. On the other hand, we should start around 9 a.m. at the latest to accommodate Silvia’s schedule. Hence, please send me your foreseeable availability on each morning of the week. From my point of view, Tuesdays won’t work too well in the Fall but are o.k. for now; and Mondays might clash with the Hall B weekly meeting, so Wednesdays and Fridays would be best. (We can be done by 10:00 a.m.!)

- Sebastian
