[Rgc] Fwd: RG-C report on June 4th

Does anyone volunteer to give the report? Of course with help from everyone! I think it may be appropriate to give an update from the target perspective, since the most recent cooldown is the main new development. Of course, anybody who has new simulation results would be also a good choice.
