[Rgc] Future Meeting Days/Times for Run Group C

Dear all,

it looks like there is a slight majority of respondents in favor of moving the RG-C meeting time to

TUESDAYS, 8:15 a.m. ET

While this is not ideal for people in the Western Hemisphere (we have to get up earlier! ;-), we are willing to sacrifice for the common good (and in anticipation of all your help on RG-C going forward).

I will send out a separate announcement for the next time we meet. It has been suggested that, given that we are only 8 months away from the presently scheduled start of RG-C, it is time to meet more frequently. I believe meeting every other week may be a reasonable compromise. So, TENTATIVELY (unless I hear otherwise), we should plan to meet next TUESDAY, October 12.

Thanks, and looking forward to y’all joining us then. - Sebastian

Dear RGC interested parties,

our present schedule for meetings on Wednesdays, 9:00 a.m. East Coast Time, seems to have conflicts with some of your schedules. Hence, I would like to try once again to find a better meeting time. I create a Doodle poll at
https://doodle.com/poll/czyc2ibwrmsdtirk?utm_source=poll&utm_medium=link
which is just for the week of October 24 (which would be when our next scheduled meeting should take place) but is really a placeholder for all future meetings until we change again. Please fill out all possible time slots where you COULD meet in general, going forward. You can also choose “maybe” by clicking twice on a time slot - to indicate that you rather prefer NOT to meet at that time, but may be able to do so if necessary.

Thank you for your collaboration! Time is getting short until we need to start installing, commissioning and running RGC - any help is much appreciated. Also, please let me know of anyone whom I should add to this mailing list.

Best greetings - Sebastian
