Data taking on ND3 all day, polarization about +0.6

Switch HWP to IN during swing shift.
FT issues, FT Recovery needed (3 times) during swing and owl shift (ROC mmft1 busy). 

Hall presently in Controlled Access for target material anneal and depolarizing in negative direction.

Pass change for Hall C on Tuesday.
