[Rgc] Re-establishing RGC weekly meeting?

Dear Sebastian, and all,
Following the discussion at last night’s RC meeting, I’d like to propose to re-establish the weekly RGC meeting on Tuesday at 8:30AM, and to use it to discuss high-level issues beyond the day-by-day evolution of the data taking, and if necessary make decision. This would allow more European collaborators to bring their contribution to the experiment and give their opinion. 
It would also allow the students and whoever is involved in analysis to give updates on their work. This way, the RC meetings could be just focused on the daily management of the run. 
If you agree, we could resume the RGC weekly meeting from next week onwards.
