[Rgc] [EXTERNAL] ND3 runs

Dear all,
    The following ND3 runs have been re-decoded and cooked with the
coatjava release 8.2.1. Then, they got skimmed for analysis.

ND3 positive:
16408, 16409, 16414, 16416, 16419, 16421, 16422, 16423, 16424, 16426, 16432

ND3 negative:
16455, 16460, 16461, 16467, 16468, 16473, 16475, 16482, 16483, 16484, 16489

The recon dst files can be found under
/volatile/clas12/rg-c/production/ana_data/dst/recon/
The analysis skimmed files can be found under
/volatile/clas12/rg-c/production/ana_data/dst/train/
