I would prefer we have our regular meeting today at 2 to take stock where we are and what’s going on in the Hall (today and the next couple of days). If we promise not to make any major decisions, I think people who have other obligations or are tired of meetings can simply not join. I agree that we don’t need to meet Saturday and Sunday.

Hello Carlos (and all),
do we really have to meeting today, and the next days? The configuration
change will be underway, probably we can take a break from meetings until
there will be something to discuss for what's next? Or at least for
tonight and the weekend?
Best regards,
Silvia
Since this is more sensitive for the European colleagues, would you
suggest an alternative timing for today?
Early or later?

Fun Fact of the day:
Did you know that 13 of Shakespeare's 38 plays are set in Italy? (~33% of
all plays)
Probably Italian should be teached at the same time as English.
