[Rgc] pdvcs on NH3 TSA

Dear all,

I have completed the slides about pDVCS on NH3 that I showed yesterday at
the analysis meeting with the TSA plot. Please find the slides on the wiki

I also attach the TSA plot to this email, showing the results I get using
the Pt measurement from Harut's and Maxime's analysis.
