[Rgc] RG-C RC meeting this coming Friday

Dear RG-C collaborators,

We will have a *special* RC meeting this Friday, December 16, at our usual time (2:00 p.m. EST). The purpose is to take stock of the present status of the changeover to the FTOn configuration and the magnet power supply repairs, as well as begin planning for the remainder of the run in 2023.
