[Rgc] Biweekly RGC meeting

while we have skipped a couple, now we are back on track with our RG-C meetings every 2 weeks. Our first one this year will be TUESDAY, January 18, at 8:15 a.m. EST. One announcement already today: I have been asked to present the RGC status and plans to the Hall B “Monday” staff meeting which this week will be held Wednesday afternoon. If you have any updates, news, etc., please prepare a few slides and post them to our meeting wiki page or send them to me.
