I do think we need a meeting today. We need to discuss what we are going to do next (in particular, which target to switch to when) and longer-term plans.

Day shift started with no beam due to RF issues.
10:15 Started target polarization reversal from positive to negative
13:00 Reached proton polarization of about -0.47 and started data taking (https://logbooks.jlab.org/entry/4010485).
Data taking throughout the evening and night with semi-stable beam at 4.0 nA.
Major DAQ issues during the night, RICH data affecting mon12 (Sergey and Raffaella investigating)
Plan to change HWP from IN to OUT during the day.
Keep NH3 target polarized negative.
I don't think we need to have a RC meeting today.
Please let me know if we need to meet and we will schedule a zoom meeting.

Day 4.0 nA on NH3 (HWP IN), completed run 16231 (31 M)
Swing 4.0 nA on NH3 (HWP IN), completed runs 16232 (69 M), 16233 (71 M)
