[Rgc] Polarized ND3 target meeting.

Dear Polarized Target Experts,

We would like to have a meeting today at 9:00am to discuss the plan for today with regards to the polarized target and the needed annealing of the target.

The RC summary log entry is forth coming, but here is an image of the target polarization, as measured with the NMR, over time during the 50nA target cold irradiation run.
