----- Friday Day Shift -----
Continued data taking with NH3 target @4nA
Chris Keith tweak the microwaves to improve target polarization ~ 58% -> 61%
Beam unstable after 1 pm
Beam unavailable after 2:45 pm due to thunderstorms, until after 5pm.
Day shift summary by Daniel Carman: https://logbooks.jlab.org/entry/4015795
Total data accumulated during this shift with NH3 target: ~ 75 M events (HWP-IN)
----- Friday Swing Shift -----
During the downtime, prepared for Moeller run
Beam back after thunderstorms about 5:25 pm
Took 2C24 harp scan, which was good. https://logbooks.jlab.org/entry/4016068
Perform Moeller run with HWP-IN and found beam polarization 80.177% https://logbooks.jlab.org/entry/4016081
iochlb crashed again (like yesterday) just after the Moeller run: https://logbooks.jlab.org/entry/4016091 and https://logbooks.jlab.org/entry/4016271
Tagger de-energized, raster PS ON, and sent 4nA beam to FC with HWP-OUT.
Everything was in quite good shape, so continued production with NH3 target.
Swing Shift Summary by Dilini Bulumulla: https://logbooks.jlab.org/entry/4016030
Total data accumulated during this shift with NH3 target: ~ 58 M events (HWP-OUT)
----- Friday Owl Shift -----
Continued data taking with NH3 target @4nA beam current
Owl Shift Summary by Nicholas Zachariou: https://logbooks.jlab.org/entry/4016180
Total data accumulated during this shift with NH3 target: ~ 119 M events (HWP-OUT)
Plans ahead:
Continue data taking with NH3 target @4nA beam current.
Reverse target polarization (by James Maxwell) in the afternoon (tracking weather to overlap the reversal process with probable downtime due to thunderstorms)
