[Rgc] RC report, July 22nd - RC meeting at 2PM today

Hello all,
The owl shift was fairly good and smooth, beam stayed with us all night, 4
production runs on ND3 were taken since. This morning James Maxwell took a
new baseline in a moment of no beam in order to improve the NMR fit. We're
running now the first of 3 trigger test runs, each will be two hours long,
the data will be usable as ordinary production runs.
The tentative plan is to take ordinary production ND3 data for the rest of
the day, change HWP to IN this evening, take all day data tomorrow, then
flip target polarization sometime on Sunday afternoon, compatibly with the
TG availability.
