[Rgc] deuteron PbPt post-irradiation (a bit more statistics) & RC update

Hello again,
with a few more (and longer) runs included: it is getting closer to the
values displayed by the NMR :-)

A quick RC update: we started polarizing ND3 negatively at around 2:30PM
today. The process is quite slow but the decrease is steady. The NMR is
now reading 7% and we decided to resume data taking, with the OK of our
friends from the Target Group.
