[Rgc] RC daily summary, July 26th - RC meeting today at 2PM

Hello all,
We have been taking data in a fairly stable way since changing target
polarization sign on Sunday. The polarization drop is very slow, and right
now we are at around 24% according to the NMR. We'll get more data cooked
to extract the real value soon via PbPt. The plan for today is to keep on
taking data, flipping the WFP to OUT around the evening, and keep on this
way until Thursday's planned downtime. For Thursday we should start think
about the work to be done in the Hall: there is the target anneal, the DC
noise hunt, and what else? Should we have Restricted or Controlled access?
