[Rgc] [EXTERNAL] RC update

Dear RG-C

Throughout yesterday swing and today owl, running has been very smooth (the portion of time without Hall-C especially). Some 315M events have been collected with the latest run 16475 being in no_rich configuration due to an early hours rich roc event and failed recovery. We will look at this.
The HWP was switched to IN during swing.
According to NMR, the target is sitting at -42.46%

Plan for today is to continue production data on ND3- at 4 nA.

I do not plan to have an RC meeting today (or tomorrow) unless any major business arises.
