[Rgc] Daily RC meetings

Dear all,

I apologize for the strange barrage of emails created by the JLab Calendar bot - all I was trying to do was to change the time of TODAY’s RC meeting to 14:30 instead of 14:00. This will be the pattern for the foreseeable future: 
Mo-Tu-Th-Fr: RC meetings at 2:00 p.m. EDT
Wed: RC meetings at 2:30 p.m. or whenever the MCC Wednesday meeting is over (it starts at 1:30).
