[Rgc] raster parameters

I see raster parameters are set to Vpp=2 V for both X and Y, offsets are both set to 0 V, and the period is set to 1 second (used to be 5 s). I don't see in the logbook when the period was changed from 5 to 1 s.
Are these final parameters we are going to use? If so, they should be reflected on the wiki and on the whiteboard.
