[Rgc] RC meeting today, Sunday

Hello RG-Cers

tomorrow, MCC will take care to provide high current to Hall C (they barely reach 20uA and they need 80uA). It means that we will suffer lack of beam with AN OPTIMISTIC schedule of 1 day (they still have to decide what and how after tomorrow OPS meeting), which could be even longer (yes, days longer).

Now, we have several items:

  *   finish empty target with Helium
  *   solve the deuterum NMR issue
  *   the ND3 cell
  *   I am sure, I am missing something else (there is ALWAYS something else)

So I think it could be important to take some decisions about the list mentioned and take advantage of the following no-nice-beam-availability days.
