[Rgc] Wednesday's RGC-RC meeting

P.S.: Given some constraints I heard of, it might be better to meet even earlier, 9:00 a.m. tomorrow morning. (Again, this is a one-off or perhaps occasional repeat). Please let me know your preference either way - 9 a.m., 11 a.m., or original time (2:30 since tomorrow is “MCC DAY”).
