Wednesday afternoon, the target insert was re-installed and the NMR tested successfully with crystals (https://logbooks.jlab.org/entry/4008873).
There are now two coaxial cables connected to the deuteron coils, the "new" cold NMR circuit and a lambda-half cable section for the "old-"style NMR.

Chris started the cool down during the night and the target was cold in the morning (https://logbooks.jlab.org/entry/4009062).

ND3 will be loaded this morning and the target polarized, testing the deuteron NMR.

The accelerator will be down for repairs at least for the day shift, probably into the evening shift.

We have to decide on the target used going forward at out RC meeting today at 2 PM.
