[Rgc] RGC-RC meeting TODAY

Dear members of Run Group C,

I would like to propose that we have a RC meeting today at our usual time (2:00 p.m.) to see if there are any updates on the status of the run group, and to talk about some possible paths forward. I hope that we can get a summary on what we know at this point about the Solenoid itself (is it damaged in any way?) and the prospect for repairs to the magnet power supply. I am cc’ing the people who working on the assessment of the incident of last Friday - thank you soo much for helping us out! If you cannot make it to this meeting, could I ask you to pass on any relevant information to Eugene and/or myself?

While it may be too early to come up with a firm new run plan, we need to decide rather soon whether we want to ask for the changeover from FTout to FTon to begin now, instead of waiting until the holiday break.
