[Rgc] [EXTERNAL] Target Change Tomorrow (Sunday)?

A target change on Monday during the day shift will be fine.

I'll assume it will be either NH3 or ND3, depending on the relative
amount of data on the two.  The RC should announce this at the morning
meeting and let RadCon know that we'll need their support.  Request a
Controlled Access if there are others that want to perform work in the
hall.  Will there be an accelerator maintenance day later this week?
