[Rgc] speaker for CLAS Meeting talk on RGC

Dear RGC,
I have missed the last RGC analysis meeting and a few RC meetings, so I am
not sure if the RG has established who'll be the RGC speaker at the
upcoming CLAS Meeting. If you have a name, please let me know. If not,
let's establish one as soon as possible, so that the speaker has the time
to prepare his presentation.
