[Rgc] RC meeting today?

Yes, there WILL be an RC meeting today. I hope Larry will announce it soon, together with a summary of where we are in the Hall (“daily RC summary”).
It is true that we agreed NOT to have an RC meeting yesterday - however, I checked in with ZOOM at 2 just in case and found several people were attending anyway. So we had a short, impromptu meeting (mostly concerning the target).
