[Rgc] [EXTERNAL] Run 16889 for Pt measurement

Hello Harut, Sebastian and all,
   Following your request during yesterday's RC meeting, I have cooked the
first 300 files from run 16889 (~20M triggers) in the dst schema with HBT
only and using the triggerMask on the electron.

The recon files can be found under
/volatile/clas12/rg-c/production/ana_data/dst/recon/016889/
The analysis skimmed files are under
/volatile/clas12/rg-c/production/ana_data/dst/train/

On the same subject: the first 300 files from 16902 are submitted.
