[Rgc] Beam off for short while at 1pm. Opportunity for some quick tasks.

Dear all,

Hall C needs to do a beam calibration and we will lose beam for about
20min to an hour at 1pm today. If anyone needs to do something quick with
any of the systems, please let me know.

We will do RICH recovery in that window, too.
