[Rgc] new rgc_analysis mailing list

Dear all,
following the request from various RGC students brought up at the last
RGC-analysis meeting, I created the rgc_analysis mailing list.
It will be used for discussion on analysis-related topics, and as a forum
to exchange material, codes, informations on software, and to ask
apparently stupid questions without fear to be judged.
