[Rgc] [Revised Logentry] RC Summary

<p>Welcome everyone to the RC summary September 15:</p><p>Beam came back yesterday after long maintenance around 9pm. Harp scans with beam to tagger looked good (https://logbooks.jlab.org/entry/4041648 and https://logbooks.jlab.org/entry/4041655).</p><p>We took a Moller run and obtained 86.2%+/-1/2% polarization (halfwate plate IN)  see https://logbooks.jlab.org/entry/4041675</p><p>Degaussed tagger and started with 5nA on NH3 with previous positions and raster settings. DC occupancies and raster histogram look okay beside missing strength on the top similar to the issue with the LHe level from a day ago. We increased liquid level from 70% to 72% but issue persist. Suspicion that maybe the NH3 is not filled completely (see https://logbooks.jlab.org/entry/4041701) and we cannot do anything about it.</p><p>Beam ramped to 7nA during night and it will be changed to 8nA later. </p><p>Plans: </p><ul><li>Some raster tweaking</li><li>change of half-wave plate!
