[Rgc] [EXTERNAL] Re-organizing the TBT from the HBT data

Dear Silvia,
   To make life slightly easier on the analyzers, I re-organized the
recently cooked data into two categories, TBT for full reconstruction chain
data and HBT for the quick Hit-Based reconstruction data.

TBT data under: /volatile/clas12/rg-c/production/ana_data/TBT/
HBT data under: /volatile/clas12/rg-c/production/ana_data/HBT/

For now, under TBT you find this list of runs: 16878, 16902-16905,
16923-16925, 16927, 17020. I will add the much older TBT runs to this
directory.

All other runs are under the /HBT/ directory.
