[Rgc] [New Logentry] RC summary for September 23

Last 24 hours we spent mostly taking production data. The ND3 target polarization was 40% at the start of the day shift, but then decayed slowly to 38% in the evening.

We took about 210M triggers on HWP IN and positive polarization starting from the day shift yesterday, then we switched to negative polarization starting at 8pm. 
The switchover lasted about 2 hours at which time we had -25% polarization. After 3 hours from start of the switchover we had -33% polarization. 

We took about 290M triggers on the negative polarity until now . 

The PROD66_PIN runs are :  17057 (positive polarization  and HWP IN);   17058 and 17059 (negative polarization and HWP IN). 
Run 17058 contains data with lower value of polarization. Run 17059 started when the polarization reached the optimal value.  


Plan:

Take production data with HWP IN and positive polarization until 2pm. Switch target to NH3. 
Take data over weekend: HWP switch? Polarization switch? 
Monday plans?

RC meeting is at 2pm.
