Dear members of RG-C,
right now we are still fine with RCs and target experts (there is one open slot in the near future and one a bit later for the latter, but these can be easily filled):

However, it is NOT too early to think about RCing in 2023 (especially if you would have to make travel plans), when (presumably) we will be back in the FTOn configuration and taking more data specifically for DVCS. We have FOUR *) open RC slots during that time, and 2 with a question mark (Maxime, can you confirm when you will be able to serve)? We also haven’t assigned any target expert shifts, although I hope that at least initially we can ask members of the target group to help out. On the other side, consider this your last chance to join the excitement that is the first polarized target experiment with CLAS12! I am asking to send me your requests for time slots - I will update the spreadsheet (first come, first served). I also ask everyone to check that the shifts you have already agreed to (both in Fall 2022 and in Winter 2023) are still feasible.
Thanks - Sebastian
*) The first full RC shift in 2023 starts Wednesday 1/11, with beam restoration presently planned on 1/16. We may even need someone to coordinate/follow the work in the Hall before that, so we can communicate with the relevant people how things are going - unfortunately I will be unavailable. Similarly, the last week of running ends 3/20, but the RC starting at 3/15 will still be expected to give the report at the MCC meeting on March 22, so this is another full week.
