[Rgc] [EXTERNAL] Run Plan for the Weekend (10/1/2022 - 10/2/2022)

Dear All,

We just got the message from PD and called from crew chief. The beam will back at least in 8 hours or at early Owl shift. So, it's getting more likely that we will run the whole weekend with CH2 and do the target swap on Monday.
