Hello all,
I have been reporting verbally, and periodically, at our analysis meetings
on the status of the data calibration for RGC (on top of presenting every
week at CalCom). However, it seems like the information has not passed
fully to everyone, so I'll give a written update of the work done so far
for the various run periods and next steps.

FTon_summer22: DC and CVT alignment done, beam offset calibrations done,
DC calibrations done, FTOF calibrations done. The latest pass0 timelines
(which can be found at:
https://clas12mon.jlab.org/rgc/Summer2022/rgc_pass0v0.6_qa/tlsummary/) are
currently being examined to establish if RF adjustments are needed. Once
this step is done, we'll rerun a timeline and send it to all detector
contact people in CalCom and proceed to individual detector calibrations.

FToff_fall22: DC alignment ongoing. Once the procedure will be well
established, we'll work on the alignment for FTon_2023.

The plan is to be done with all calibrations for FTon by the end of
August, and hopefully with the other two periods by end of September.

Best regards,
Silvia
