[Rgc] RC report

Sorry for the late report :-)
Data taking all WE on ND3, smooth, polarization ~-35% (NMR). 
Today we had planned to switch to CD2 at 2pm, but the beam went off beforehand (~10:30am), so thanks to the flexibility of RadCon and Target Group we did the target change this morning. 
When beam will be back we’ll do a Moeller run and then resume data taking on CD2.
